Job Title: Documentation & Dispatch Executive

Location: Babrala (Near Sambhal)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–4 years (preferred in documentation & dispatch handling)
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain all dispatch-related documents (invoices, delivery challans, packing lists, etc.).

• Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.

• Maintain records of inward and outward materials.

• Verify and ensure accuracy of documentation before dispatch.

• Handle shipment tracking and update dispatch status to concerned departments.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dispatch and stock reports.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for order packing and dispatch scheduling.

• Ensure compliance with company and customer documentation requirements.

• Assist in inventory management and record keeping.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of documentation & dispatch processes.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (if applicable).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

• Ability to handle multiple dispatches efficiently.
