Job Summary:The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day administrative and operational activities, ensuring smooth internal processes, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to improve efficiency.---Key Responsibilities:Handle data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.Process and verify customer information, forms, and internal documents.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.Coordinate with front-office and sales teams to manage orders, payments, and client queries.Manage databases, update records, and ensure data accuracy.Assist in preparing invoices, purchase orders, and payment follow-ups.Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.Support HR and accounts departments with administrative tasks.Handle emails, calls, and internal communication efficiently.Ensure compliance with company policies and standard procedures.---Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in back-office operations or administrative work.Strong computer skills (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and organizational skills.Attention to detail and ability to multitask.Good time management and problem-solving abilities.---Preferred Qualifications:Experience in [mention specific industry, e.g., real estate, banking, or education].Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).
