Job Overview: We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Back office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing bookings for travel, bus services, and cargo operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently while ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking Management:
Process and manage bookings for bus, travel, and cargo services.
Coordinate with customers to finalize booking details, including schedule, route, and cargo specifications.
Provide accurate information regarding service availability, pricing, and policies.
Customer Service:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with bookings and services.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain good communication with customers regarding changes to booking status, delays, or cancellations.
Documentation & Records:
Maintain detailed records of all bookings, payments, and cancellations in the system.
Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for internal records.
Logistics Coordination:
Liaise with drivers, transport coordinators, and cargo handlers to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, and address any transportation issues that may arise.
Operational Support:
Assist with administrative tasks related to the booking process.
Requirements: Education: 12th Pass / Graduate Skills: Basic Computer Skills, Good
Communication. Experience: 0-1 Year
