Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle, manage, and respond to emails in a professional manner.

• Maintain data and prepare reports using MS Excel, Windows applications, and PowerPoint presentations.

• Coordinate and manage multiple vendors including catering services, transport agencies, housekeeping, and other operational suppliers.

• Maintain office supplies, track inventory, and support day-to-day administrative operations.

• Assist with event/meeting arrangements and ensure all operational needs are fulfilled.

• Maintain professional communication across departments and external stakeholders.

• Prepare documentation, MIS reports, and maintain business records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in email handling and administrative coordination.

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle responsibilities independently.
