We are looking for a Fitouts to join our team NMC Infratech & Solutions to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. An interior site supervisor's main roles are to oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. They are responsible for managing site staff and subcontractors, enforcing safety regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders like architects, designers, clients, and suppliers. Their duties also include monitoring project progress, conducting inspections, documenting activities, and resolving on-site issues.
Key roles and responsibilities
Site and project management
Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure the project is executed efficiently.
Coordinate with and supervise interior trades like carpentry, drywall installation, and painting.
Monitor progress and ensure the project adheres to the schedule.
Manage the timely delivery of materials from suppliers.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Interpret project blueprints and plans to ensure work follows design specifications.
Quality and safety
Ensure the project is completed to the required quality standards and meets design specifications.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations.
Implement and maintain site safety protocols to minimize accidents.
Educate site workers on safety regulations and accident protocols.
Communication and coordination
Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to manage project flow.
Facilitate communication between project managers and on-site teams.
Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Help resolve on-site issues and conflicts that arise.
Documentation and reporting
Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation of project activities, decisions, and changes.
Track project progress and report any issues that arise.
Submit reports to management and clients.
