Key Responsibilities:
Design Support:
Assist in the preparation of architectural concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations.
Support design development under the guidance of senior architects and project leads.
Project Documentation:
Prepare detailed working drawings, layouts, and presentation boards.
Coordinate with consultants for design inputs and documentation accuracy.
Technical Assistance:
Support in developing construction drawings and technical details.
Ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and project specifications.
Site Coordination:
Conduct periodic site visits to understand design execution and assist in resolving on-site design issues.
Client & Team Collaboration:
Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Work collaboratively with engineers, designers, and contractors for smooth project execution.
Software & Tools:
Efficiently use AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or other architectural design tools.
Sustainability & Innovation:
Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative materials wherever applicable.
Learning & Growth:
Learn from senior team members and contribute fresh ideas to enhance design quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving ability.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
