Maintain and update all data accurately in the ERP system (production, sales, stock, purchase, wastage, and transfers).
Ensure all entries are made on the same day as per company policy.
Regularly verify entries made by factory and shop teams to ensure data accuracy.
Create and update product masters, batch codes, and category details.
Coordinate with the Factory Admin, Sales, Accounts, and Production teams to collect and verify data.
Communicate daily with shop in-charges for stock reconciliation and ensure ERP reflects correct shop balances.
Support management by providing ERP-based data reports when required.
Track daily stock movement — opening, production, transfer, sales, and closing stock in ERP.
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging items.
Ensure ERP stock tallies with physical stock during monthly audits.
Report any mismatch or discrepancy immediately to the Admin or HR Head.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (production report, shop sales report, stock report, wastage summary).
Generate management-required MIS reports through ERP.
Submit summary reports to HR/Admin for approval and record keeping.
Ensure proper synchronization of all ERP terminals at shop and factory.
Monitor ERP usage by employees and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Conduct periodic checks to ensure ERP entries comply with SOPs and HR policies.
Train new staff (factory or shop) on ERP entry and usage.
Provide technical support for ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT if required.
Maintain an updated SOP file for ERP operations.
Assist in order management, indent control, and invoice generation through ERP.
Help in maintaining backup data and assist during system updates.
Perform any additional task assigned by the HR Department or Director related to ERP or system management.
