Network Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Network Support Engineer position at Pritech Automation Private Limited. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our various products and equipment related to Security Surveillance System, Networking, and ELV system directly at customers’ sites.

The individual in this role will be tasked with delivering technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities encompass diagnosing technical problems, providing prompt solutions, aiding clients in understanding products, and addressing customer service inquiries to foster client relationships.

The engineer will collaborate closely with other teams to tackle intricate technical challenges and enhance the overall customer experience, report to the Project Manager for updates and project-related issues, and provide day-to-day reporting to him. QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Telecommunication, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CCTV and ELV system installation and support.

• Hands-on experience with IP/Analog CCTV systems, NVR/DVRs, Video Management Software (VMS), and networking.

• Knowledge of access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm systems, and other ELV components.

• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, switches, routers, cabling).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Good communication skills (English, Hindi/Regional language).

• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, Hikvision, Dahua, Honeywell, etc.) are a plus.

• It is a Full Time Hardware / Network Engineer job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
