We are expanding our internal recruitment team and looking for an energetic HR Recruiter – US Staffing to work with U.S. candidates and clients. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the US recruitment market.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen U.S.-based candidates for IT & Non-IT roles

Use job portals like Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster

Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments

Coordinate interviews with U.S. clients

Handle candidate documentation, follow-ups, and onboarding

Maintain ATS and recruitment reports

🔹 Requirements:

0–3 years of experience in US staffing/recruitment

Excellent English communication skills

Knowledge of US work authorization (USC, GC, OPT, H4-EAD, L2-EAD)

Willingness to work the US night shift

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
