Responsibilities

• ATM machines software installation, configuration

• Hardware troubleshooting – dispenser, card reader, sensors, printer, UPS, router

• Error code handling – CDM errors, cash pick errors, EJ issues, sensor faults

• Preventive Maintenance (PM) visits

• Network troubleshooting – router, LAN/4G connectivity, static IP issues

• Customer, bank officials and CIT vendors coordination
