Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation: Researching and identifying new markets, cold-calling, attending events, and networking to find potential clients.
Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Sales & Negotiation: Developing proposals, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing commercial agreements to secure new business.
Strategy & Planning: Developing strategies to meet sales targets, expand into new markets, and contribute to overall business growth.
Collaboration: Working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure candidate fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
