Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Lead Generation: Researching and identifying new markets, cold-calling, attending events, and networking to find potential clients.

• Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

• Sales & Negotiation: Developing proposals, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing commercial agreements to secure new business.

• Strategy & Planning: Developing strategies to meet sales targets, expand into new markets, and contribute to overall business growth.

• Collaboration: Working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure candidate fulfillment and client satisfaction.

• Market Analysis: Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, and sales within the staffing or related industry.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strategic thinking, market research, and analytical abilities.

• Ability to work towards and exceed targets.

• Understanding of the staffing lifecycle and industry challenges.
