Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Collection Telecaller to join our team in Jaipur. The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers regarding overdue payments, reminding them about pending dues, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and polite approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments.
Inform customers about overdue amounts and payment deadlines.
Follow up with customers regularly to ensure timely payment of dues.
Maintain proper call records and update collection status in the system.
Handle customer queries related to payments and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain professional communication and follow company collection policies.
Achieve daily and monthly collection targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- 0–2 years' experience in tele calling, collection, or customer service (Freshers can also apply).
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records.
- Ability to handle customers politely and professionally.
