Web Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI Designer to craft visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile products. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to bring design concepts to life — ensuring every screen looks beautiful and functions intuitively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, consistent, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with UX designers to translate wireframes and user flows into high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.

• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect implementation.

• Conduct user interface research, competitor analysis, and apply design trends effectively.

• Ensure designs are optimized for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability across devices.

• Iterate based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and usability testing.

Required Skills & Tools

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

• Solid understanding of UI principles, design systems, and responsive design.

• Basic understanding of UX concepts and frontend frameworks (HTML/CSS) is a plus.

• Knowledge of prototyping and interaction design.

• Strong visual design sense (typography, color, layout, spacing).

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS, AI, or tech-driven startup environment.

• Familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, LottieFiles, Framer Motion).

• Understanding of design handoff for developers (Zeplin, Figma Inspect).

• Strong portfolio showcasing web/app interface design projects.
