DESIGN ENGINEER (MACHINE SHOP)

We are looking for a 2D/3D Designer to join our team at Our Client Company to create visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves working on branding, social media creatives, websites and brand identity materials. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 and an opportunity to work on creative projects.

Industry: Auto Components / Machine Shop / Engineering Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Design graphics, layouts and visual content for digital platforms
Design of machine components / auto parts / fixtures / tools
Preparation of 2D & 3D drawings
Modification of existing drawings
Support production & quality department
Preparation of BOM / drawings / design documents
Coordination with machining & development team
Handling customer drawing / part development
Work on website design, landing pages and UX/UI elements
Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand the design/campaign objective
Ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines
Edit and revise designs based on feedback

Required Software Knowledge:

AutoCAD
NX (Unigraphics)
CATIA
Knowledge of 2D / 3D modelling is mandatory

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have hands-on experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar tools. A good sense of design, layout and color, along with basic HTML/CSS knowledge is preferred.

Qualification :

Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Design Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 1–5 years in Machine Shop / Auto Ancillary / Engineering Industry Design Department preferred

Requirement

Machine shop / auto component experience preferred
