Graphic Designer

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating creative versatility, branding consistency, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print materials, including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, brochures, banners, and promotional content.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand identity and business objectives.

• Maintain consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and overall design standards.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.

• Assist in basic video editing and motion graphics as required.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement feedback efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking ability.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with social media design formats and platform-specific requirements.

• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro / After Effects) is an added advantage.

• It is a Full Time Graphic / Web Designer job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
