2D/3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for architectural, interior, and product visualization projects

2. Develop and refine design concepts based on client feedback and requirements

3. Utilize AutoCAD for 2D drafting and documentation

4. Use SketchUp for conceptual design and massing studies

5. Create photorealistic 3D visualizations using 3ds Max and V-Ray

6. Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to ensure design accuracy and meet project requirements

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and best practices

Design Responsibilities:

1. Develop floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD

2. Create 3D models and scenes using SketchUp and 3ds Max

3. Apply materials, textures, and lighting using V-Ray

4. Render high-quality images and animations for presentation and marketing purposes

5. Ensure designs meet client requirements, building codes, and industry standards

Collaboration and Communication:

1. Work closely with design teams, architects, and clients to understand project requirements

2. Provide design solutions and alternatives based on client feedback

3. Communicate design intent and decisions through clear documentation and presentations

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and V-Ray

2. Strong understanding of design principles, spatial relationships, and visualization techniques

3. Familiarity with rendering and animation software

4. Ability to work efficiently with complex designs and large datasets
