Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to manage financial records, payments, budgeting support, and reporting activities. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and entries
Handle accounts payable & receivable
Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and expense reports
Assist in budgeting and financial planning
Monitor cash flow and bank transactions
Coordinate with banks for loan & documentation processes
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports
Support audit processes and maintain compliance records
Track customer payment collections and follow-ups
Maintain proper documentation of financial records

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles
Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/Accounting software
Good analytical and numerical skills
Attention to detail
Good communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly

Qualification:

B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
