We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive sales of construction chemical products. The role involves identifying new clients, maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and dealers, and ensuring consistent revenue growth in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and project sites.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for construction chemical products (e.g., waterproofing, admixtures, sealants, coatings, etc.).
Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and trials for clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Collect market feedback, competitor data, and share insights with management.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams for timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely payment collection and manage outstanding accounts.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc / B.Com / MBA (Marketing) or related field.
Experience: 0–4 years in sales (preferably in construction chemicals, building materials, or paint industry).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Must be willing to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits.
A self-starter with a result-oriented approach.
