Customer Relationship Executive – Full Time

We are hiring a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer queries, orders, and post-sales support for our growing organic D2C brand.
Responsibilities:
• Handle customer calls, emails & chats
• Resolve complaints and coordinate with customers
• Manage order placement, tracking & delivery follow-ups
• Maintain CRM records and collect feedback
• Support upselling and customer retention
Requirements:
• 1–3 years experience in Customer Support/Tele Sales (FMCG/D2C preferred)
• Good communication in English, Gujarati & Hindi
• Basic knowledge of CRM & MS Office
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
