Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Engineer / Senior Sales Engineer having experience in sales of construction equipment / capital equipment concrete block making plants and casting concrete pipe making plants, along with other heavy construction equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market share, managing dealer networks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for construction equipment.
- Manage sales operations within the assigned regions / geographical area.
- Maintain strong presence in the local construction and infrastructure market.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct regular customer visits and equipment demonstrations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Participate in industry exhibitions and marketing events.
- Develop strong relationships with sub-dealers and channel partners.
- Monitor dealer sales performance and market coverage.
- Update management on market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination.
- Ensure proper after-sales support and service coordination.
Job Requirements:
Qualification : Diploma / BE - Mechanical having 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
Good communication & presentation skills.
Good knowledge about CRM software / MS Office.
