Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Regional Marketing Manager to oversee marketing efforts within a defined geographic area. This role involves developing and executing regional marketing strategies, campaigns, and events to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of local market dynamics, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and corporate marketing teams.Develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.Analyze regional market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform marketing initiatives.Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, print, events, PR, and partner channels.Work closely with local sales teams to generate leads and support sales enablement.Organize and manage regional events, trade shows, and sponsorships.Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure effective ROI.Localize global marketing content and messaging to resonate with regional audiences.Track and report on campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools.Build relationships with local media, agencies, influencers, and industry organizations.Provide feedback and insights to central marketing and product teams based on regional performance and customer needs.
