he Field Sales Executive is the primary revenue driver on the ground for Avion Green Astra Solar Energies. This role involves visiting residential, commercial, and industrial prospects, conducting site assessments, presenting solar solutions, and closing orders. The FSE works closely with the telecalling team to convert pre-qualified leads into revenue and is also responsible for developing new business through self-generated leads and referrals across their assigned territory in Hyderabad.
02 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Conversion & Sales
▪ Visit pre-qualified leads generated by the telecalling team and convert them into confirmed solar orders
▪ Conduct professional customer meetings — understand energy requirements, explain solar solutions, and present customised proposals
▪ Perform basic site assessments — roof area, shading, structural feasibility, and load analysis
▪ Present system design options, ROI calculations, payback period, and government subsidy benefits to customers
▪ Negotiate and close sales for residential (1–10 kW) and commercial (10 kW+) solar systems
▪ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in terms of order value and unit volume
Business Development
▪ Self-generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, housing society meetings, and industrial area visits
▪ Build and nurture relationships with housing society RWAs, builder contacts, industries, and MSME clusters
▪ Participate in solar awareness camps, exhibitions, and community events to create brand visibility
▪ Develop a strong referral network from satisfied customers
Customer Relationship & Post-Sale
▪ Coordinate with the technical team for timely site survey, design approval, and installation scheduling
▪ Serve as the customer's primary point of contact from sale to commissioning and beyond
▪ Follow up post-installation for customer satisfaction, referrals, and AMC contract upselling
▪ Handle customer concerns or escalations promptly and coordinate resolution with the operations team
Reporting & CRM
▪ Update the CRM / sales tracker daily with lead visits, pipeline status, and closure details
▪ Submit daily visit reports and weekly sales forecasts to the Field Sales Manager
▪ Maintain accurate records of quotations issued, proposals shared, and orders closed
03 ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS
✓ Any graduate — B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, or BA
✓ 1–4 years field sales experience — solar, EPC, electrical products, or real estate preferred
✓ Excellent communication and presentation skills in Telugu and English
✓ Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable with outdoor field work
✓ Basic understanding of solar energy systems and ROI/subsidy calculations
✓ Own two-wheeler with valid driving licence — mandatory
✓ Proficiency in WhatsApp, Google Maps, and basic MS Excel / CRM tools
