Job Description

1.   Senior Sales Manager for sales and channel sales – Real Estate (4+ Years Experience) (Male) (2 position)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 4–6 Years in Real Estate Sales
Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility of the sales cycle – lead engagement, site visits, negotiation, booking, agreement, payment follow-up, and closure.

  • Conduct and coordinate client site visits across Bangalore.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and generate referrals.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly & quarterly sales targets.

  • Provide inputs to marketing for better lead generation strategies.

  • Stay updated with competitor projects, pricing & offers.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members on sales techniques.

🔹 Skills & Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in apartment/project sales.

  • Strong closing & convincing skills.

  • Good knowledge of real estate documentation (booking forms, sale agreements, registration, etc.).

  • Excellent communication in English + Kannada/Hindi.

  • Willingness to travel all over Bangalore.

  • Self-driven and target-oriented.

 

 

 

 

 

2. Sales Executive – (3-4 Years Experience) (Female) (2 position)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 2–3 Years in Real Estate Field Sales
Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full sales cycle – from engaging leads to closing sales and collecting payments.

  • Fix and conduct site visits with potential buyers across Bangalore.

  • Present project details, floor plans, pricing, and offers convincingly.

  • Convert inquiries into bookings by building trust with customers.

  • Coordinate with pre-sales for scheduled visits and timely follow-ups.

  • Responsible for payment tracking & collection until final registration.

  • Prepare daily/weekly reports and share progress with management.

🔹 Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of real estate field sales experience.

  • Excellent presentation, negotiation & interpersonal skills.

  • Strong network in Bangalore real estate market is a plus.

  • Flexible with travel across Bangalore.

  • Target-driven, enthusiastic, and high on follow-up.

 

 

 

 

3. Pre-Sales Executive (Female) – Lead Conversion (2 Year Experience) (3 position)

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
Experience: 1–2 Years in Pre-Sales/Telecalling/Lead Management
Type: Full-time

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for all inbound and outbound leads (calls, WhatsApp, website, campaigns).

  • Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

  • Follow up with prospects daily through calls, messages, and emails.

  • Schedule and fix site visits with the sales team.

  • Track lead status in CRM software and ensure timely updates.

  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers and field sales executives.

  • Ability in converting interested leads into active prospects by effective communication.

🔹 Skills & Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer handling (real estate preferred).

  • Female candidate preferred for customer connect & relationship building.

  • Strong communication in English + local language.

  • Good at follow-ups, persuasion, and rapport building.
