The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for generating quality lead sources within the assigned hotspot or branch circle through the creation of Silver Envoys. This role focuses exclusively on lead generation and business development activities and does not involve direct sales closures. Key Responsibilities Identify and create Silver Envoys within the assigned hotspot/branch circle Generate a minimum of 18 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) Ensure Silver Envoys remain the primary and consistent source of lead generation Share qualified leads on a daily basis with the SE Manager at the Head Office Maintain accurate records of leads and envoy creation activities
