Key Responsibilities:
Sell EV 2W, 3W, and 4W vehicles on a monthly rental model to logistics aggregators, enterprises, distribution companies, e-commerce players, and transporters.
Scout, identify, and generate new leads on the ground daily within assigned cities.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong sales pipeline to drive consistent business growth.
Onboard new clients and manage end-to-end relationships post-sales, including commercial coordination.
Conduct daily follow-ups with customers to monitor vehicle performance, utilization, and overall experience.
Ensure timely rental collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with internal teams for resolution of payment-related issues.
Identify operational or technical issues reported by clients and coordinate with the service team for timely resolution.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement, proactive issue management, and relationship building.
