Role Overview

The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing Real Estate consultation, understanding client requirements, arranging property site visits, and guiding clients through the property buying process. The role also involves assisting with negotiations, supporting deal closures, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the transaction.

Qualifications & Requirements

Prior experience in the Bengaluru Real Estate market with a good understanding of local property trends
Strong communication, customer relationship, and customer service skills
Proven sales and negotiation abilities
Target-driven with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with Bengaluru Real Estate regulations and market dynamics
