We are currently expanding our team in Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad and would like your support in closing 8–10 positions for each location for the role of Relationship Manager (Field Sales) in the Home Loan & LAP segment.

📍 Position: Relationship Manager (Field Sales)

📍 Location: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad (Field Role)

📍 Openings: 8–10

💰 CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

🔹 Role Overview

This is a core field sales role requiring a strong on-ground presence in the real estate ecosystem. The candidate should have an established network with builders, developers, brokers, and DSAs, and must be capable of driving business through local market connections.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Generate Home Loan & LAP business through field sourcing

Build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, brokers, DSAs & connectors

Source leads from real estate projects and channel partners

Ensure regular field visits and strong territory presence

Drive loan logins, processing, and disbursements

Coordinate with internal teams for faster closures

Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Track market trends and competitor activity

🔹 Candidate Profile

2–6 years of experience in Real Estate / Home Loans / LAP

Strong local market network (builders, developers, brokers, DSAs) – mandatory

Comfortable with field work and target-driven role

Good understanding of loan processes and documentation

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

🔹 Preferred Background

Candidates from NBFCs, Banks, HFCs, or Real Estate firms

Experience in sourcing through builder and connector channels

Familiarity with Bangalore real estate market
