Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify potential customers and explain life insurance products.

• Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.

• Provide personalized insurance solutions based on customer needs.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients for policy renewals and upselling.

• Ensure proper documentation and follow company sales processes.

• Participate in training programs for continuous learning and development.

• Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 Month of sales experience .

  • Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
