Position: Sales Consultant (Tractor Sales)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Automobile / Tractor Sales / Any Field Sales)

🔎 About the Role

We are hiring energetic and target-driven Sales Consultants for our Tractor Sales team. The role involves field sales, customer acquisition, product demonstration, and closing sales in rural and semi-urban areas around Rohtak.

You will be responsible for promoting tractors and farm equipment from leading brands such as Mahindra Tractors, Sonalika Tractors, TAFE Tractors, and John Deere India.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential customers (farmers, rural buyers)
Explain tractor models, features, benefits & pricing
Conduct product demonstrations in the field
Generate leads through village visits, references & local contacts
Achieve monthly sales targets
Coordinate with finance team for loan & documentation
Ensure smooth delivery and post-sales follow-up
Maintain customer records and daily sales reports

✅ Eligibility Criteria

2–3 years of experience in sales (tractor/automobile preferred)
Comfortable with field work and traveling to villages
Basic understanding of tractors or automobile products
Good communication skills (local language preferred)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
