Role Overview

Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives for Water Tank and PVC Product sales. The role involves retail sales, distributor development, and B2C market expansion across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Water Tanks and PVC products in the assigned territory

• Develop and manage retail counters and distribution networks

• Appoint new dealers/distributors and maintain strong relationships

• Generate B2C sales through market visits and customer engagement

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Conduct regular field visits, market surveys, and competitor analysis

• Ensure product visibility and branding at retail points

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch

• Prepare daily sales reports and submit market feedback

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Water Tank / PVC / Building Material preferred)

• Exposure to Retail Sales, Distribution, and B2C Sales

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently in field sales

• Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license

Qualification

• Minimum: Graduate (Any discipline)

• MBA/Marketing background will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
