Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector (software, services, cloud, infrastructure) within the assigned territory (Noida / NCR) and beyond.
Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, social media, events, referrals.
Conduct client meetings, product & solution demonstrations, needs discovery, and effectively articulate value‐propositions.
Prepare sales proposals, quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close deals — manage the full sales cycle from lead to contract.
Maintain and develop existing client relationships; upsell / cross‐sell additional IT offerings.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, update CRM records, provide regular forecast and sales reports.
Collaborate with technical/solution teams to ensure client requirements are met post‐sale, for smooth transition and customer satisfaction.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging IT technologies to position our offerings appropriately.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or related field (MBA desirable for senior roles).
Proven experience in IT sales, B2B environment — preferably 1-5 years (depending on level) in selling software/services/cloud/infrastructure in India. Adzuna+2TCS ION+2
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‐building skills.
Technical acumen sufficient to understand client needs, map to solutions and engage with technical stakeholders.
Result‐oriented mindset with ability to work independently, hit targets and manage time/priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Salesforce, Zoho) and basic MS Office tools.
Willingness to travel locally (within NCR / occasionally outside) as needed.
Experience in selling to enterprise or large corporate clients.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), SaaS platforms, managed services or infrastructure solutions.
Existing network/contacts in target verticals (BFSI, manufacturing, retail, government etc.).
Strong analytical skills & ability to understand business challenges and craft solutions.
Office located in Sector 53, Noida (NCR).
Monday to Friday (or as per company policy) — should be comfortable with client meetings, events, occasional evenings if required.
Target driven role — may involve field visits, client interactions outside office.
