Technician

We are looking for an experienced OHE Lineman to work on Railway / Metro Overhead Electrification (OHE) projects. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead equipment and traction systems as per safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of OHE structures, brackets, cantilevers, and insulators

• Stringing, tensioning, and regulating contact & catenary wires

• Maintenance and troubleshooting of overhead electrification systems

• Climbing poles and structures to perform electrical work at heights

• Ensuring safety compliance while working on live/isolated lines

• Assisting engineers and supervisors in OHE project execution

• Conducting regular inspection and reporting faults

• Following railway/metro electrical safety norms

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or relevant field

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Railway / Metro OHE projects

• Knowledge of TRD (Traction Distribution) systems

• Ability to work at heights and in outdoor site conditions

• Good understanding of safety procedures

• Physically fit and medically cleared for field work

Preferred:

• Experience in Indian Railways / Metro Rail projects

• Valid electrical license (if applicable)

• Experience in handling OHE tools and equipment

• It is a Full Time Technician job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
