Job Title: Senior Housekeeping Supervisor/ House Keeping Executive

Reporting To: Housekeeping Manager / Facility Manager

Job Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of the facility as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide housekeeping staff during daily operations

• Allocate work areas and duties to housekeeping team members

• Ensure cleaning standards and SOPs are followed at all times

• Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas

• Manage housekeeping supplies, tools, and equipment

• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hygiene practices

• Monitor attendance, discipline, and staff performance

• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies

• Handle client feedback and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly

Skills & Competencies

• Good leadership and team-handling skills

• Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and methods

• Basic knowledge of safety and hygiene standards

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifts

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum: 10th / 12th Pass

• Relevant housekeeping certification preferred

• 5–6+ years of experience in housekeeping (facility / hotel / hospital industry)

• Prior supervisory experience will be an added advantage

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts as per site requirement

• May require standing for long hours

• It is a Full Time Housekeeping job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
