Field Sales Manager

We are looking for a FIELD SALES MANAGER to join our team SHINE PROJECTS. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20000 to 22000( which can vary )and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and lead a field sales team.

2. Identify and approach retail stores.

3. Pitch and demo ShinePoints software.

4. Onboard stores with free trials.

5. Convert trials into paid users.

6. Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

7. Plan routes and assign areas.

8. Maintain sales records and reports.

9. Build relationships with clients.

10. Ensure team follows brand guidelines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12 pass and you need not have any experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
