Field Sales Manager

Job description:

· Designation: Field Sales Managers

· Location: Chennai, Hyderabad & Bangalore

· Number of Positions:6

· Salary: Rs. 30,000 per month

· Incentives: Performance based

· Job Type: Full-time, In Person

· Working Days: Monday to Saturday

· Timing: 09:30am – 06:30 pm

· Experience: 1–5 years (preferred)/ Fresher’s can also apply

· Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

· The ideal candidate must have a strong background or interested in field of sales with 1 to 5 years of experience preferably in an advertising agency or digital marketing company.

· Responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through regular field visits and generate sales leads and acquire new clients.

· Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and opportunities for upselling are maximized.

· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.

· Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.

· Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop and execute client campaigns.

· Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other Bachelor's Degree.
