Job Responsibilities:

Visit merchants and small businesses to onboard them onto PhonePe

Promote PhonePe QR, Soundbox & POS / EDC machines

Explain features, benefits, and usage of PhonePe products to merchants

Complete merchant KYC and documentation

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants

Provide basic training to merchants on PhonePe app usage

Handle basic merchant queries and ensure customer satisfaction

Submit daily activity and sales reports to the supervisor
Skills Required:

Sales & negotiation skills

Ability to work in the field

Target-oriented mindset

Basic knowledge of digital payments

Local area knowledge preferred
