About the Role

We need someone who’s not scared of going on-ground and talking to real business owners. Your job is simple — meet prospects, explain our services (Video Editing, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, Branding), clear their doubts, and convert them into paying clients. If you can’t communicate confidently, this role is not for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit leads and local businesses to pitch Trayabhakam’s services.

• Follow up consistently and close deals — no spoon-feeding.

• Handle client questions and remove their doubts professionally.

• Build long-term relationships with business owners.

• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain proper reporting and update the client database daily.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 years in sales (Freshers with confidence also welcome)

• Strong communication and convincing skills

• Must know how to talk to business owners (real-world communication, not textbook)

• Basic smartphone + computer handling knowledge

• Must be ready for field travel daily in assigned zones

• Self-driven — no babysitting, no excuses
