We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to manage end-to-end human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Coordinate performance appraisal processes and employee development initiatives
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and HR operations
Support training & development programs and employee engagement activities
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
3–5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations or generalist role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
