Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers warmly — especially moms and kids.

• Help customers choose the right toys, stationery, or baby products.

• Maintain product display and ensure shelves are neat and attractive.

• Handle billing, packaging, and daily store operations.

• Support in creating short videos/reels for social media (optional but preferred).

• Keep track of stock levels and report low inventory.

• Work as part of a fun, energetic, and customer-friendly team.

Required Skills:

• Friendly and confident with excellent communication skills.

• Basic computer and billing knowledge.

• Pleasant personality with a love for kids and creativity.

• Punctual, responsible, and good at teamwork.

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
