Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Keeper to manage inventory, maintain stock records, and ensure proper storage and movement of materials in the warehouse/store.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
• Maintain proper stock levels and update inventory records regularly
• Issue materials to departments as per approved requisitions
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of all materials in the store
• Maintain stock registers, inward/outward entries, and documentation
• Conduct regular stock verification and physical inventory checks
• Coordinate with the purchase and production teams for material requirements
• Monitor slow-moving or obsolete stock and report to management
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area
Required Skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock handling
• Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, ERP preferred)
• Good record-keeping and documentation skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational ability
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
Qualification
• Graduate / Diploma holder (preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience as a Store Keeper / Warehouse Executive / Inventory Executive
Preferred Candidate
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial stores
• Knowledge of ERP systems or inventory management software
