Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at MushroomGuru to plan and execute online marketing campaigns for high-value agri-business projects including Button Mushroom Units, Spawn Labs, and Cordyceps Cultivation.

The role involves managing social media, IndiaMART, SEO, paid ads, and lead generation activities. This position offers strong learning exposure in a fast-growing agri-business consultancy.

In-hand Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Run paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook (Meta), and LinkedIn
Manage and grow presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & WhatsApp
Handle IndiaMART leads, responses, and product listings
Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings
Generate and manage high-quality business leads
Track campaign performance, optimize budgets, and prepare reports
Coordinate with design/content team for creatives and posts
Develop innovative marketing strategies targeting investors & corporates

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Marketing / Business preferred)
Experience: 6 months –1 years in digital marketing
Knowledge of:
- SEO / SEM
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- IndiaMART or similar B2B platforms
- Basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
Good communication and lead handling skills
Understanding of business-oriented marketing (not just social media posting

Preferred Candidate:

Locals residing nearby will be preffered.
Ability to handle high-value client inquiries
Result-oriented and proactive mindset
English speaking with good habits
