We’re Hiring | Business Development Intern – Job Raahi App

Location: Delhi NCR
Duration: 3 months (extendable based on performance)
Mode: Field + Hybrid

We’re looking for dynamic and driven interns eager to gain real-world exposure in B2B sales and business development within the HR-Tech sector.

You’ll be engaging with employers across Delhi NCR’s industrial clusters — onboarding them to our Job Raahi App and helping build India’s future workforce network.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential employers in industrial areas.
Pitch Job Raahi’s offerings, conduct meetings, and onboard clients.
Maintain strong business relationships and ensure active app usage.
Collect market insights and prepare weekly progress reports.

🧠 What You’ll Learn

Real-world B2B sales and lead generation.
How to pitch digital HR products to businesses.
Deep understanding of India’s employment ecosystem.
Field exposure and client engagement strategies.
