Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 (Negotiable) + Conveyance

Required Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Ability to conduct field sales independently and confidently
• Result-driven approach with good analytical and decision-making skills
• Prior experience in the elevator industry will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads through cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Negotiate deals, prepare proposals, and close sales as per targets
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual goals
• Explore new market opportunities within the assigned region
• Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and customer satisfaction
