Job Description

Business Development

  • Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, events, and digital channels.

  • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions/products/services.

  • Deliver client presentations, proposals, and business pitches.

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in alignment with company guidelines.

Sales Execution

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery.

Consultative Selling

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business challenges.

  • Provide strategic recommendations to optimize client outcomes.

  • Conduct business reviews and upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
