Job Title: Human Resource Executive – Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Location: Thane (Wagle Estate)

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview updates and joining.
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience during the hiring process.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment tools.
