Associate Agency Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Development:

  • Identify, recruit, and train Insurance Advisors/Agents.

  • Drive activation and productivity of advisors.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and motivation.

• Business Development & Sales:

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through advisor network.

  • Drive Life Insurance product penetration in assigned territory.

  • Focus on generating business through new customer acquisition as well as existing customer base.

• Team & Channel Management:

  • Build a sustainable advisor team and ensure high retention.

  • Conduct regular meetings, training programs, and sales support initiatives.

  • Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to meet business goals.

• Compliance & Process Adherence:

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.

  • Maintain documentation and MIS reports related to advisor performance and business.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation (mandatory), MBA preferred.

• 2–8 years of experience in Life Insurance / BFSI (Agency Channel preferred).

• Proven ability to recruit, manage, and motivate advisors.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Self-motivated with strong business acumen and result orientation.
