• Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion; prepare personalized quotes and close deals.

• Provide end-to-end client service from enquiry to policy issuance and after-sales support.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, analyze sales data, and report team performance.

• Guide and support Executive Sales team, handle escalated queries, and negotiate terms.

• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and support teams for seamless service.

• Stay updated on industry trends and participate in sales activities across segments as needed.
