Electrician

JD & Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on electric bus electrical systems, including:

• High-voltage battery systems

• Electric motors and inverters

• DC-DC converters, chargers, and charging interfaces

• Low-voltage wiring, lighting, and auxiliary systems

·         Troubleshoot complex electrical faults using diagnostic tools, software, and schematics

·         Ensure safe handling and isolation of high-voltage systems according to safety standards

·         Lead and support junior electricians and technicians; provide technical guidance and training

·         Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and extend component life

·         Coordinate with engineering, operations, and OEMs for technical support and updates

·         Maintain accurate maintenance records, fault reports, and compliance documentation

·         Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards

·         Support commissioning, testing, and acceptance of new electric buses or systems

·         Recommend improvements to maintenance procedures and system reliability
