Job Description

Job Summary

Asian Lifts and Escalators is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive with prior experience in the lift/elevator industry. The role involves handling administrative operations, coordination with technical teams, documentation related to lift projects, AMC contracts, and ensuring smooth office and site support activities.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Office Support

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations

  • Maintain records, files, and databases related to lift installations, maintenance, and AMC contracts

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and service teams

  • Prepare quotations, invoices and service reports

Job Requirements:

  • Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.

  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

  • Handle client inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales personnel.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, MIS reports, and performance summaries.

  • Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring timely invoicing.

  • Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, calls, and client visits.

  • Manage and organize sales-related documents and correspondence.

  • Assist in preparing presentations and marketing/sales materials.
