Asian Lifts and Escalators is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive with prior experience in the lift/elevator industry. The role involves handling administrative operations, coordination with technical teams, documentation related to lift projects, AMC contracts, and ensuring smooth office and site support activities.
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Maintain records, files, and databases related to lift installations, maintenance, and AMC contracts
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with clients, vendors, and service teams
Prepare quotations, invoices and service reports
Job Requirements:
Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
Handle client inquiries and route them to the appropriate sales personnel.
Prepare regular sales reports, MIS reports, and performance summaries.
Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring timely invoicing.
Support the sales team in scheduling meetings, calls, and client visits.
Manage and organize sales-related documents and correspondence.
Assist in preparing presentations and marketing/sales materials.
