Job Description:

We are looking for a Vehicle Test Driver to join our team at Maswer Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. The role involves testing and driving four-wheeler vehicles to evaluate their performance, safety, and overall quality in line with company and industry standards.

Key Skills for Vehicle Testing

1. Vehicle Systems & Mechanics

• Strong understanding of engines, transmissions, brakes, and chassis systems.

• Knowledge of ADAS features (lane assist, adaptive cruise control, collision avoidance, etc.).

• Familiarity with infotainment and electrical systems.

• Hands-on experience with prototype vehicles and understanding of their unique behaviors.

2. Testing Practices

• Execute structured test plans and driving maneuvers.

• Operate data logging tools for performance and sensor monitoring.

• Identify, record, and report defects or unusual vehicle behaviors.

• Collaborate with engineering teams using Agile methodologies.

3. Safety & Driving Expertise

• Skilled in high-speed and varied-terrain driving.

• Strict adherence to all safety and testing protocols.

• Awareness of traffic rules and the ability to test vehicles under different weather conditions.

4. Information Management & Soft Skills

• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.

• High stamina, concentration, and discipline during extended testing sessions.
